The 1st time home owner classes was very Informational, from the industry representatives who were scheduled such as the Home Inspectors and Loan officers etc.

How did you hear about Woodbine?
I heard about Woodbine through word of mouth from a couple co-workers at Asurion, who had previously attended the class and got their home too.

What did you particularly like about your experience?
The experience was good and definitely a must experience if someone is thinking about buying a home and is a 1st timer. Ms. Pattie was very helpful and took her time to explain to me exactly where I stood from my credit scores, income, debt ratio on how much house I could afford and should afford. Also, all of the extra cost involved moving such as getting the light and water switch over, moving cost (movers) home owner insurance cost and the maintenance on the home. She also was helpful in explaining Mortgage rates and the different kind of Mortgage loans products out there from Thda, USDA and FHA. She is was awesome, upfront, clear and sweet. A Plus.

How would summarize your experience with Woodbine as a whole?
The experience was definitely a plus because as a 1st time homeowner, I had no idea of what the process was like and what all was involved in the process and how the process work. I had No idea where to begin, before I took the class, which is probably typical of most people out here, I am glad I took the class.

Would you recommend us to a friend?
Yes, I would 100% its better to know where you stand rather than staying blind and not knowing it.
