  1. I approached WCO because I wanted to become a home owner but needed proper guidance to do it right.
  2. WCO help me by informing me of everything involved in owning a home - not just getting a home, but owning one. Everything was covered in detail and their patience in listening to my many questions and concerns put a lot of my worries at ease. I didn't have family or friends to talk to about becoming a homeowner but WCO took a serious interest in my goal to becoming a homeowner being the family I needed! The result was I was able to acquire the home I wanted and solidify a plan to ensure I'll be able to stay in that home.
  3. One thing I like was their honest advice. I felt as if everyone in the process would tell me whatever because they would get something out of me buying a house but WCO made me feel that they were looking out for my best interest and were willing to tell me things I may not have wanted to hear which allowed me to truthfully consider certain things before making commitments.
  4. I found the experience extremely beneficial! Not only did I learn a lot in the online class but having a counselor willing to answer any question, down to how I should treat my windows, really made me feel secure and confident in obtaining my goal.
  5. I would recommend WCO to people who need someone in their corner who is informative but actually cares.
